Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: U.S. Sales Manager, Pacific Glory Worldwide, LTD
Location: Remote (Prefferable in the Eastern Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone or willingness to work the hours that align with these terrorties) / Travel Required (as needed for events and meetings)

Position Overview
Pacific Glory Worldwide LTD (PGW) is developing a dealer-focused sales team aimed at supporting the long-term success of our retail partners and brands, including Fuji, SE Bikes, and Tuesday Cycles. The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in this effort by managing dealer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing frontline support to both dealers and the outside sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relationship-focused, and motivated to help independent bicycle dealers succeed in a changing retail landscape. The Inside Sales Representative acts as a key contact for assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication, managing orders accurately, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
· Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring dealers receive timely product, pricing, and program information.
· Manage dealer accounts directly in territories without dedicated outside sales representation, focusing on building relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Process dealer orders, assist with program enrollment, and promptly communicate any backorders or delivery updates.
· Maintain accurate account records and CRM data, tracking dealer interactions, order history, and sales performance metrics.
Market & Dealer Communication
· Gather and relay market insights and dealer feedback to the U.S. Sales Manager to support strategic planning, sales programs, and product development efforts.
· Act as a communication link between dealers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure clarity, consistency, and responsiveness.
· Identify opportunities for dealer growth, including new accounts or regions with potential for expansion.
Events & Representation
· Participate in industry events, trade shows, and dealer gatherings as a brand ambassador for PGW, representing Fuji, SE, and Tuesday with professionalism and enthusiasm.
· Assist with event coordination and follow-up communication with participating dealers and potential accounts.

Qualifications
· 2–4 years of sales or account management experience in the bicycle or outdoor sporting goods industry preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, team-oriented environment.
· Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and B2B sales platforms (Shopify Plus experience a plus).
· Willingness to travel occasionally for dealer visits, trade shows, and company events.
· A passion for cycling and an understanding of the independent dealer landscape are a strong plus.
