Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote – United States or Canada

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will support ongoing marketing initiatives for Pacific Glory Worldwide, LTD, across the Fuji, SE, and Tuesday brands. This role plays a key part in building a dealer-first, collaborative, and people-centered culture by ensuring all marketing efforts align with PGW’s values and long-term vision.

This position is responsible for coordinating content development, managing digital communication channels, supporting events, and delivering clear, consistent, and dealer-focused messaging. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with U.S. sales leadership, external partners, and the Taiwan-based marketing team to align global brand direction with U.S. market needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. They value teamwork, open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement, and are excited to help build brands by supporting both dealers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and assemble monthly dealer newsletters for Fuji, SE, and Tuesday, including drafting content, gathering assets, coordinating input from internal teams, and managing distribution.

·      Create, schedule, and publish content across Fuji, SE, and Tuesday's social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice, visual standards, and authentic engagement with the cycling community.

·      Coordinate marketing activities for events, including preparing materials, timelines, and communications with internal teams, dealers, and external partners.

·      Collaborate regularly with the Taiwan-based marketing team to share U.S. market insights, align campaigns, exchange creative assets, and support global brand initiatives while respecting regional differences.

·      Work directly with influencers and ambassadors to track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure content aligns with brand values and messaging across all PGW brands.

·      Support the U.S. marketing contractor (VeloFly Digital) in executing digital campaigns, product launches, email marketing, and paid media initiatives.

·      Maintain and update brand websites with new content, product information, dealer resources, and campaign updates.

·      Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and general marketing inquiries in a professional, timely, and brand-appropriate manner.

·      Bring forward ideas, feedback, and insights from dealers, riders, and internal stakeholders to help continuously improve marketing effectiveness and brand relevance.

·      Assist with additional marketing projects as assigned in support of PGW’s long-term growth, dealer success, and brand development.
