Pacific Glory Worldwide LTD (PGW) is expanding its U.S. sales organization and is seeking experienced Outside Sales Professionals to represent our brands across key regions in the United States. These roles will report directly to the U.S. Sales Manager and will be available as both Factory (W-2) and Independent (1099) positions, depending on territory and experience.

PGW is a retailer-focused organization committed to long-term partnerships, brand integrity, and sustainable growth. We do not compete with our dealers through direct-to-consumer bicycle sales. Our mission is to support specialty retailers with the products, margins, and service they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop, manage, and grow assigned territories through strong relationships with specialty bicycle retailers

·      Represent PGW brands in a professional and brand-aligned manner at dealer visits, events, and industry shows

·      Execute sales strategies, dealer programs, and promotional initiatives in alignment with company objectives

·      Identify new dealer opportunities while supporting and growing existing accounts

·      Provide timely and accurate market feedback to the U.S. Sales Manager, including product performance, competitive activity, and dealer needs

·      Collaborate closely with inside sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless dealer experience

·      Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts using company systems

·      Support product launches, clinics, and regional sales meetings as needed

·      Travel regularly within the assigned territory

Qualifications & Experience

·      Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the bicycle, action sports, or related specialty retail industries

·      Strong understanding of dealer networks and the specialty retail business model

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

·      Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently

·      Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving organization

·      Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory

·      Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Position Types

Factory (W-2) Roles May Include:

·      Base salary plus commission

·      Benefits package (where applicable)

·      Expense reimbursement

·      Company-provided tools and resources

Independent (1099) Roles May Include:

·      Commission-based compensation

·      Defined territories and brand alignment
